We are seeking visionary, well-networked individuals residing within Ottawa who are passionate about community impact and local representation. Our ideal candidates are connectors, individuals who can leverage their professional and personal networks to champion our mission, open doors, and help BBBSO grow.
We’re seeking experience in:
- Financial Oversight – budgeting, audit, fiscal responsibility
- Human Resources – employment law, labour relations, equity & anti-oppression
- Fundraising & Philanthropy – strategy, donor engagement, giving
- Legal & Governance – compliance, bylaws, policy
- Lived Experience (Alumni) – former BBBS participants
- Youth Leadership (18–30) – We share a strong commitment to generational diversity—young leaders between the ages of 18–30 are highly encouraged to apply!
