Pendant une heure chaque semaine, les Grand.e.s et les Petit.e.s \u00e9changeront des histoires portant sur les exp\u00e9riences qu\u2019ils vivent (ou ont v\u00e9cues) \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole et pendant leur jeunesse.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-mentoring-helps-children\">COMMENT LE MENTORAT PERMET-IL D\u2019AIDER LES ENFANTS?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Tisser des liens en jouant \u00e0 des jeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, en faisant du bricolage ou en passant du temps ensemble au parc permet aux enfants d\u2019atteindre leur plein potentiel. Les programmes de mentorat peuvent aider les enfants \u00e0 rester \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, \u00e0 \u00e9viter l\u2019intimidation et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un plus grand respect pour leur famille, leurs pairs et leur communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p>Toutefois, les bienfaits ne sont pas que sociaux! Ce programme vise \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jumeler l&#8217;enfant avec une personne qui sera son mod\u00e8le et son ami ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promouvoir l&#8217;importance de poursuivre son parcours scolaire et d\u2019entretenir des relations saines avec la famille et les pairs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insuffler la confiance en soi n\u00e9cessaire pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions saines;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourager les comp\u00e9tences en leadership et l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance d\u2019esprit; et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surtout, faire une diff\u00e9rence tout en vous amusant!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" id=\"workplace-partnership-opportunity\">Opportunit\u00e9 de partenariat en milieu de travail<\/h2>\n\n<p>Le programme de mentorat \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole est une excellente occasion de faire la promotion du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat aupr\u00e8s des employ\u00e9s. La recherche montre que les employ\u00e9s qui redonnent \u00e0 leur communaut\u00e9 par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de leur employeur sont plus productifs, ont une opinion plus positive de l\u2019entreprise pour laquelle ils travaillent et pr\u00e9sentent un plus grand engagement envers elle.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pendant une heure chaque semaine, pendant les heures de classe, les employ\u00e9s peuvent faire du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat dans le cadre du programme de mentorat \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole.
