Lors de cette s\u00e9ance, les parents\/tuteurs se familiariseront avec Grands Fr\u00e8res Grandes Soeurs et seront inform\u00e9s du degr\u00e9 d\u2019implication requis de la part de toutes les parties concern\u00e9es. Actuellement, cette s\u00e9ance se tient virtuellement, sur la plateforme Microsoft Teams. Un parent ou un tuteur doit assister \u00e0 la s\u00e9ance. Une fois la <\/strong>s\u00e9ance termin\u00e9e, tous les participants recevront un formulaire de candidature<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ce formulaire devra \u00eatre rempli et retourn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019adjoint au programme si vous estimez que le programme qui int\u00e9resse le jeune concern\u00e9 lui convient. Une fois la demande examin\u00e9e, notre coordonnatrice des inscriptions communiquera avec le parent\/tuteur pour planifier une entrevue\/\u00e9valuation familiale afin de s\u2019assurer que le programme convient aux besoins de tout le monde. L\u2019entrevue familiale comprend deux parties. La coordonnatrice des inscriptions rencontrera d\u2019abord les parents ou tuteurs individuellement, puis fera de m\u00eame avec l&#8217;enfant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois l&#8217;entrevue familiale termin\u00e9e et les exigences du programme satisfaites, nous planifierons une rencontre avec les parents\/tuteurs et le jeune pour suivre la formation obligatoire portant sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des enfants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois toutes ces \u00e9tapes termin\u00e9es, le dossier sera \u00e9valu\u00e9 et la d\u00e9cision d&#8217;admettre ou non le jeune au programme qui l&#8217;int\u00e9resse.sera prise par l&#8217;organisme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Advenant un refus, les parents\/tuteurs seront avis\u00e9s et inform\u00e9s d\u2019autres ressources communautaires appropri\u00e9es qui pourraient convenir aux besoins de la famille.<\/p>\n\n<p>Remarque : Les enfants admis \u00e0 notre programme Grands Fr\u00e8res Grandes Soeurs sont plac\u00e9s sur une liste d\u2019attente.
